House Features

The enclosed area of the home area is 250 Sq metres. The house features zero step access from the carport to the house. This makes accommodating disabled or infirm members of the household simple. There are no internal steps. The land is also wheelchair accessible as it has a very small gradient around the house. The pool has 2 steps at the entrance gate however fitting a ramp here would be a simple exercise.

There are 118 sq metres of deck on all 4 sides of house with wide full glass French doors for access to main (East) deck.  All the decks are continuous and feature steel handrails with stainless steel cable balustrade to enhance the view. There are views of the city and Olympic Park across the Cumberland plain from the east deck.

There are 4 large bedrooms. Bed 1 is reverse cycle air conditioned and features an ensuite and walk in robe. This room is 5 m x 6m.   Bedrooms 3 and 4 are 5m x 4m excluding the full length quad door robes. The robes in these bedrooms are fitted with a lit dressing table at one end and are equipped with "Telfa" brand wire racks for storage as well as hanging space. Bedroom 2 has its own ensuite and access to the south deck.

The main bathroom has a separate toilet. The ensuite bathrooms also have internal toilets. “IXL Tastics” are fitted to all bathrooms. All internal bathrooms and the toilet are fitted with ventilated skylights. A large, insulated bath is fitted to main bathroom (Hot baths last much longer). The shower in the main ensuite is a double ender. All bathrooms are fitted with identical quarter turn taps and fittings

The gourmet kitchen has a walk-in pantry, dishwasher (top of the line ASKO) and 900mm Italian stainless oven / range hood. The under cabinets are all fitted with drawers as opposed to cupboard doors. Watch the view of Sydney or the family while you cook or entertain.

Heating is mains (not bottle) natural gas and/or via a large "Norseman" slow combustion heater. House has R3.8 insulation fitted to all roof spaces. The master bedroom is fitted with a reverse cycle split system. All walls are internally insulated.

The house has solid doors fitted to all internal doors (and exterior main doors) for excellent noise suppression. All walls are internally insulated. There are dimmers on all lights with the exception of Bedroom 2

All exterior doors are deadlocked. All windows have locks fitted and are keyed identically.

A 2 car open carport attached directly to house. There is a large, landscaped turning bay beside carport. Unlimited local parking. Further lock up parking in shed

There is full walk-in headroom under the house with potentially 250sq of storage or extra rooms.

The nearest neighbors house is approximately 100 meters away but is not visible from house.

We have recently added 1.8m wide stairs from the main desk down towards the pool. They are approximately 4 meters high with an intermediate landing. They are constructed to match the house with steel handrails and stainless balustrades. They feature solar powered automatic LED lighting.

Also to the south of the house are 2 large colourbond vegetable gardens. These have automatic drip watering. The watering systems around the house now feature 5 zones so much of the garden is drip irrigated.
